Can I use my old HELP Math username and password?
No. The modern public site is not connected to the former account system. Do not enter or email an old password. An adult may check the contact-status page using only an organization name and non-sensitive account context when intake opens.
Do I need Flash or a special browser plug-in?
No. Flash is not required to browse the public information site. Original Flash files and JavaScript review prototypes remain private evidence and are not served to visitors.
Is the full HELP Math course available?
Not yet. The current release includes project information but no public lesson demonstrations. Curriculum or demo availability will be described only after source, rights, instructional, and accessibility reviews are complete.
I am a student. How should I ask for help?
Ask a teacher, parent, guardian, or another trusted adult to check the project’s contact availability. Never send your password, birthday, student ID, grades, or class records through any public channel.
Can my school purchase HELP Math on this site?
No. Online purchasing and public pricing are not part of this launch. An authorized school or organization representative may check contact availability for future access or collaboration questions.
What should I include in a future demo problem report?
If demos are approved later, share the name, page address, device and browser, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot without personal information can help. Do not include student work or credentials.
