Privacy notice
A public preview designed to collect less
The website provides information and demo-publication status without student accounts or learning-data storage. This notice explains current operations and the limited data that would be used if verified adult contact intake opens.
1. Scope
This notice applies to the public HELP Math website at helpmath.ai, including informational pages, demo-publication status, the contact-status page, and the verified form if intake is enabled.
It does not describe a student learning platform, because accounts, classes, assignments, purchases, and student progress storage are not part of this launch.
2. Information we process
You can browse the public informational content without giving us your name or creating an account.
- If verified contact intake is enabled, contact information and message content you choose to submit, including role, name, email address, organization, topic, and message.
- Limited technical information processed by our hosting, security, and performance services, such as request time, page, browser or device information, approximate network location, and IP address.
- If the form is enabled, anti-abuse signals needed to protect it from automated submissions.
3. How we use information
We use technical information to operate and secure the website, troubleshoot errors, and understand aggregate site performance. If intake opens, submitted information would also be used to respond and maintain an appropriate correspondence record.
Any public contact form is not used to create learner profiles, score student work, or make automated education decisions.
4. Student and sensitive information
Do not submit student names, grades, assessment responses, disability information, birthdays, student IDs, class lists, usernames, passwords, or other education records. The contact form is not an approved secure channel for this information.
Students should ask a teacher, parent, guardian, or another trusted adult to check contact availability. If protected information is ever needed for a legitimate request, an authorized organization must first arrange a separate, reviewed process.
6. Retention and security
If messages are accepted, they would be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational obligations. Hosting and security logs follow the configured retention periods of the relevant services.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email, form, or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This is another reason not to send sensitive records.
7. Your choices
You may browse without using contact intake. If you previously submitted information through an enabled form, check the contact-status page for an available route to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable verification may be required.
8. International visitors
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Privacy rights and transfer requirements vary by location; check contact availability for a region-specific question.
9. Changes to this notice
We will update the date and revise this notice before introducing materially different data practices, such as accounts, learning analytics, payments, or a new contact system.
